These terms and conditions are applied to all animated explainer video production projects, and one must agree with them to continue using our services.

Explainer Video Pricing and Cost

The cost and price of an explainer video production depends on the video animation style, video length, and the package you select.

Project Timelines and Delivery 

Usually, the project timeline and delivery start from 4 weeks and go up to 5 weeks. However, it may get extended due to frequent revisions and project complexity. 

Payment Procedure

One must pay a mutually agreed deposit in advance. The remaining payment can be paid at the time of the final delivery of a project. We share a final document preview to the clients to review, and after their careful review, we release the final file.

No Ownership policy

Visual Explainers ensures complete “no ownership” policy for any video we create for our clients. We are committed to not using clients’ work for any commercial purpose. Moreover, we make sure that the client receives a source file after the requested final video.

Confidentiality

All the information of the client remains confidential to us, and it is exclusive to the client only as sole property. This agreement between us and our clients does not grant us any right to take ownership of the client’s assets, licenses, or any other information.

If you are signing up through your email address and phone number, you are agreeing to permit us to contact you by email, call, or text.

Project Cancellation

Visual Explainers and the Client both have to provide 1 week’s notice before terminating the project. The termination leads to immediate discontinuation of services and access to the other party’s confidential information.

Payment Refund

In case the client does not like any aspect of services from Visual Explainers, a refund can be applied. It will solely be based on our refund policy. One must agree to the refund policy before signing up for the project.
